I have a website and I can verify that the website is down. I've checked it on several websites like this. http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/

I've read where some servers are down, but if it's going to be up one day and down the next, I won't stay with ucoz. I mean, when I go to google, I expect it to load. I'm not saying my site is great and all, but it just sucks to have a website working and not working.

Some Ucoz data centers are under a masive DDoS attack, they are working hard to restore all to normality a lot of websites are down, even mine that is a premium one.

Lets hope they fix all
