As the description says, how can i get it back? i want it to only send me an email, and not post their message on the site aswell.

Fallenwarior, most probably you have just deleted the form code from the website but the form still exists in the website Control Panel. So you can go to Control Panel -> E-mail Forms -> Maid form management, copy the code $MFORM_1$ and paste it on your website where you want it to be displayed.
If you have deleted the form from the CP, you can create a new one: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/19-3121-1 I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
