Sunny, i removed that template,sorry. I cant wait, im working on new template so if i found similar or other problems i will let you know.
Added Im having this problem on new template, i alowed guests to add images so you can check on link of my website http://supercafe.ucoz.com/photo/0-0-0-1-2 !

Ed05, add the following code to the top of the template
Code <style type="text/css">#uCatsMenu7{position: unset !important;}</style> And note that your scripts conflict with the ad banner - this may lead to your website being blocked. I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

Ed05, that's the copyright. We are talking about the ad banner from the top part of the website.

That work, but not only for the users that has logged out but also for the user that not login yet:
