Backup of the Forum

Well, i wanted to know how i can make a whole backup of the forum: including threads, posts, guides, sections and anything that i got in there. And after, how i can use my backup to restore my forum if its necessary?

xEnergY, you can create a backup of your website via the website Control Panel, the link is on the Control Panel main page. When you need to restore the backup, you'll have to contact the technical support, explain the reasons why you need it, and they will activate the backup restoration feature.
