Hay. I have created a page whit random stuff and in the bottom of it I want to make comments. I mean you can comment there and so on - like in guest book or photo album.
Is it possible? If yes - how? Take a deap breath..

When i create a new page and try to write it wont allow me. I get no error message but i really need to get these pages up.

Im not getting any error message its just i cant click the message area. Its happening on all boards and all of my forums. Id really appreciate if you could give me a direct answer. Ive tried everything but when i hide the page contents and edit the HTTP area it works.

silentassassin, it may be something with your browser or firewall...
try to edit page content in HTML mode (when you log in to your site as admin, you are able to edit page content in 2 modes "Visual Editor", "HTML Editor"). I think your browser doesn't want to work with Visual editor (IE and Firefox work with it normally). Attachments:

ok so when i log in to my sites control panel than i go to page editor than i go to page management and than right across main page i see "edit information" than there is category about "user" than "files" than date and after them there is an eye an wrench or whatever it is and big red cross. so i want to add HTML codes in main page of and i don't want to do it in new entry's editor because i don't want any entry names on them and in new entry's i have to add a name for an entry. and so lets get back to the main problem as i told you and of course you should know it too in pages management i click on edit information or wrench or whatever it is and it opens a new tab (I'm using Mozilla Firefox 3 beta 5) and the name of the new tab is this: login page and this is written on the page:
Entries are managed through the site. Control Panel password differs from user-administrator's password. Login form for administrators works even if "Users" feature is disabled. and so can please somebody help me how to go in pages editorial like it was in early times??? so just tell me what should i change in settings or anything so that there wasn't a message poping up all the time i try to click "edit information" |
what need to do if i wanna to add pictures and text in new page? im goin to File Manager ,upload picture there, and please tell me what need to do to add the picture to be visible for all ?
and where to put code for those pictures? now im uploading picture only in Photo Album |
Quote (nenobobo) and tell me its imposible to duplicate anothe Photo ALbum? You can't duplicate a Photo Album but you can use categories or sections as separate Photo Albums. Just specify the corresponding links in the site menu. I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
