anther issue: access denied creating threads |
Members are reporting issues with getting "access denied" when posting threads. (is happening intermittently... some get thru normally others don't)
Their workaround is: create thread with one word - post it - then edit post and add all information... then it works. There are other issues which I posted here today too. They all started @ the same time. Note: users rights are set as being able to post @ panel. Ucoz Website Since 2009

I dont know how to solve this problem but there is alternative solution. (but I think it related to session or something).
Ask your member to copy their post before posting then refresing new thread page. Paste text and post. Or ask them write down somewhere else then copy to new thread later. It's my way to do with this. (This is also the same for comment). |
Sunny,
okay will do - seems it's not doing it anymore. we had a number of issues show up last week... still having the one @ my other thread which has not been resolved yet ... and another one I reported to support last week (still haven't heard from them) ...as I mentioned to them and @ the other threads: I have not made any changes @ the panel... some weird stuff been happening there. Sunny,
Thread: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/9-20590-1 The second issue: Reported this one @Control panel : They told me to explain it better (?) There is a dot @ the login that appeared last week when all the issues happened. I sent them a screenshot of it. http://i.imgur.com/AWk8RAX.jpg?2 I think the simple explanation and screenshot speak for themselves - don't know how else to explain it. Note: last week I logged in to find messages reporting errors from members @ the site - some I fixed - The 2 remaining are the ones posted here - I can't find anything @ the panel that takes me to these issues.
