Remember Google is a great help when trying to learn anything including CSS.

*you could also put in a request for a web designer to help you in the Users Communication forum.

I want to ask some help how can I change the default font of every message in forum?

where can I see that in CSS? i try to change it all but it makes more complicated

I only want to know the specific code to change.

also why my upper toolbar doesn't show up here is the screenshot of my forum

Find: .posttdMessage

Add: "color:#000000;" to it.

Red - http://html-color-codes.info

As for admin bar, I believe some of your scripts conflict with uCoz's. Try removing.
