 We've been preparing the changes in our pricing and plans for several months, and today we are ready to announce them. Starting from September (approximately September 22) we introduce new prices and add new options to the packages, such as:
We've always been the most inexpensive website builder, and if we take into account the features uCoz offers — the most functional as well. And we still want to keep the title, so the prices remain affordable. We understand that many of our premium users have already purchased the existing packages or were counting on the existing prices. We will continue to provide all purchased services for their original prices. Besides, the current plans can still be acquired until the new plans have been introduced. Afterwards only the new plans and prices will be available. Want to switch to the new plans? The previously purchased plans can be cancelled at any time — you will have the funds returned to your website’s account and will be able to select and buy a new plan. We gave a lot of thought to the new plans before introducing them, but it is likely that we will continue to fine-tune them, adjusting and extending more options for the premium users into the future. Our goal is to make the plans clear and useful; to remove the options most users don't need from the plans, and make them available for purchase as separate services. That can be done only through active communication with the users, so we will be very glad to receive your comments and suggestions.

Wait, what? Where did you get that idea? If you want a private server for your online game then you can't do it on uCoz. uCoz is a website builder/website host and not a VPS. |
Vorpal, I have no idea on an ETA. Our technical team are working to resolve a technical difficulty discovered just before the original release date. They'll release the new packages as soon as they're readily able to - hopefully within the coming fortnight.

A new structure has been implemented in CP (all languages)
If you buy from 6 to 9 months a package you get -10%. (is the total price for the original purchase going down by 10% or you get some pseudo credits for future purchases ? ) If you buy from 12 to 21 months a package you get -20%. (is the total price for the original purchase going down by 20% or you get some pseudo credits for future purchases ? ) If you buy a package for 24 months (2 years) you get -30%. (is the total price for the original purchase going down by 30% or you get some pseudo credits for future purchases ? ) Quote Sunny ( )Urs, if you understand Russian well then it isn't really a problem to switch to Russian in CP and then buy a plan. In any case, if you want to get a template from utemplate.pro, I'm sure it can be easily resolved by contacting the Support Team. Basically when you buy for 6 months or 12 months (depending on plan) you get a code and you can use that code on http://utemplate.pro/ or http://ucoztemplates.com/ ? (the code is influenced depending in which language you bought the package in CP ? it won't work on the English site if you bought it with the CP in Russian and vice versa ?) Let's say i buy the Optimal or Shop plan for 24 months, will i get two codes giving me two templates ? (the equivalent of buying two times for 1 year - if not it would be better to buy for 1 year then again for 1 year and get two codes = two templates ?) What about Maximal plan if i buy it for 24 months will i get four codes = four templates or it would be best to renew it every 6 months in order to get 4 codes = 4 templates ? Thank you. This update has been released to all servers! At last users are welcome and able to purchase the new pricing packages.
I've summed up a short guide below on how to work with the new interface. It's relatively straight forward but you want to make sure you don't get caught up. Open Control Panel > Paid Services > Paid Services  Select the Payment Period you would like to purchase the package for (1-24 Months).  Decide whether or not you would like to enable a recurring payment and check or uncheck the box as required.  Click Buy on the package you wish to purchase and continue onwards to the payment dialogue.  Attachments:

Good, unfortunately that's a mistake that has been made during content translation - the Minimal package will not remove any advertisements from your site. It will be rectified and made clearer in the nearest future.

Urs, thanks for the questions raised! I will try to be very specific with my answers:
1) If you purchase an Optimal package, let's say for 6 months, the received coupon value is the same with the one received if you would purchase the same Optimal package for 24 months. 2) The code received can be used for http://utemplate.pro. You can switch to English from the upper right side. 3) If you purchase a package once for 12 months you will receive the code, and then, let'say, you prolongue it for another 12, then the code will not be sent again. |

Good, what if i didn't activate :"Make the payment regularly * and let the initial plan to expire completely then after a few days make a new plan for 6 or 12 months.
