I have a few users who are trying to register and access my website, but cannot see it at all. I asked if they were using Comcast and they said they were.. not sure what exactly is going on. I can access my website fine, but many of my potential users cannot. ?

asubmissivesinitiative, please provide the tracert results if you can of a user who is experiencing these issues. I have only one confirmed series of results which indicate the server may have been blocked by the Comcast service. Further information will aid in the analysis and resolution of these issues.

asubmissivesinitiative, from the tracert provided it is now evident that Comcast appear to be blocking Server 57. The best advice we can give is to contact the provider regarding this issue. We will also contact the provider regarding this issue. In the meantime you can use a proxy service such as TOR to access your website.
