I'm trying to start a new site, because my old one is a bit cluttered. I start the process, but I get stuck at the secret question creation screen. No matter what I put in, when I click to start making the site, the page just reloads. I've tried this in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and the default Android Browser.

OMIGHTY1, if you already registered, you do not need to register again, you simply use your uID account to create another site on your existing account. go to uid.me to login and create a site.

OMIGHTY1, we will look into the problem. However, PixelKhaos is right, you don't have to register a new uID account if you want to create a new website. Please see the following guide: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/42-10504-1
If you for some reason what to use a new account, you can finish the sign-up process at uID.me. I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
