Quote because waiting too long so I can require a full backup of data from kenhtruyen.dmon.com to kenhtruyen.ucoz.com ?? I requested a lot of problems : #1: I have purchased packages kenhtruyen.dmon.com The "Basic" paid package 15 $46.35 Active 21/01/2016 3:00:00 So Have i kept premium account ?? #2: Available disk space in kenhtruyen.dmon.com is : 4687 Mb so i have kept available space disk ??? #3: My data files nearly 1gb , how can I upload via ftp ?? because ftp can not upload files that are larger ??? kankukong, please understand that the transfer cannot be immediate. We will do all possible to transfer your website asap and keep the premium package and the disk space. But it still will take some time.
I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

At the moment, 3 days , but no one help me tranfer
i think tranfer have not much time I just I just technical transfer for my v Premium account , increasing disk space , increase ftp , and the backup I can do Sunny, paradox help me do it now, pleaseplease I can not wait |

kankukong, DMON is not uCoz. We do not have access or control over their services or servers. Please remain patient. The transfer will be completed as soon as DMON (an indirectly affiliated service) are able to issue the transfer and complete it in partnership with our own technical department.

I known dmon is not ucoz

Sunny, my site kenhtruyen.dmon.com is blocked
and there must be technical courses to transfer data back to me? I can not wait too long ( 5 days ago) if possible, I'm willing to give more money to buy another premium account I need you to open the ftp so I can upload files 800 mb ( because ftp can not upload large file > 50 mb) Can you help me on this I waited technical dmon.com too long to tranfer to ucoz ( tranfer kenhtruyen.dmon.com to kenhtruyen.ucoz.com ) Post edited by kankukong - Friday, 2014-11-14, 3:50 PM
