Hello!

If I purchase the optimal plan and get a domain name, would URLs work both
under the mysite.ucoz.com domain and the mysite.com domain??

So, for instance http://mysite.ucoz.com/photo/ and http://mysite.com/photo/ would both work?

Also, at the time of purchase is it possible to request a change of server, let's say to one whose ip
is not blocked by Facebook??

Thank you!

LIBertea,

1. Yes, both links will work.

2. The Facebook block does not depend on the server where your site is hosted on. It depends on your domain (for example, ucoz.com is blocked by Facebook at the moment). If you will attach a domain to your site, it will be not blocked anymore.

Thank you ... so I should be able to go ahead, purchase the optimal plan and deal later with attaching the domain, right?!?

Eventually, can I still request the site to be moved to a different server though?!?

Thank you for your reply

Open RSS file to see what domain there.

LIBertea, once you connect a domain, you can enable automatic redirection from yoursite.ucoz.com to yoursite.com, and all website links will open at yoursite.com, including RSS. If a user visits yoursite.ucoz.com, they will be simply redirected to yoursite.com

I'm afraid we do not move websites upon user requests. Do you have any specific reason why you want your website to be moved? If it's because of Facebook, connection of a custom domain should resolve the issue.

I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

Thank you, Good, but that answers absolutely nothing. dry

So, here is the question again. if I attach a domain to my UCOZ site, the
RSS feed will show the links using ucoz.com or the attached domain?

thank you!

I dont think so LIBertea.
