Sulaimani, one website be in two languages. You'll have to use an application like Google Translate or something of that relation. You could also create two sites: an English one and an Arabic one.

Sulaimani, I am afraid it is not possible. You may create 2 websites in different languages and then connect them with links. Languages are discussed here http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-496-1

go to CP --->design ---> design management (css) ---> find:

Code

   margin: 0px;

   background: #051014;
   font: 11px 'Verdana';
   color: #525252;
   text-align: center;
}



now change this:

to your colour code and press save
