I'm stuck at this part.
"Transfer in progress for kuru-anime.com. Transfer approval email was sent to the admin contact, please approve the transfer. Resend Authorization Email"

Is my e-mail the admin contact? If so, I can't see their message. I've tried resending the authorization email over and over again.

Or is the admin contact somewhere in domain.ucoz.com?

Eriko, the admin contact will be uCoz. It's the domain service administrator, in most cases you own the domain, but you're not the administrator. It can generally take up to 72 hours for domain providers to transfer domains. smile

Eriko, every provider has a tendency to process domain transfers manually for the most part. I don't understand the intricacies but it's predominantly due to registrar compliance. smile

Yes, it is your email. The one specified in the domain whois info.

Eriko, I'm assuming Sunny means the email you entered when you registered kuru-anime.com.

I was basing my prior advice off what I know of other providers so apologies for sending you on a wild goose chase there. smile

Once the transfer is confirmed the losing registrar has 5 days to release the domain. But you may contact your registrar and ask whether they can release the domain sooner. If everything is okay, the domain is released and added to your account.

My domain on domain.ucoz.com will expire tomorrow and the transfer is still not complete. Namecheap said that I should wait 5 calendar days and it's already passed that. So yeah... can I ask for it to be released sooner? surprised I have no idea what will happen if my domain on domain.ucoz.com expire before I can transfer it to namecheap. cry
