| Hi there, I've recently set up a site using the ICOZ system - I must say I like it very much and very impressed with the features you provide. My site is largely set up now, but I do have one small problem with the registration of new users. I have the normal users group (renamed to unverified users) and the checked group (forum members). I would like to use the auto-transfer of users into checked group after they have confirmed their email. Everything else is set to 0. Unfortunately, I have had two new members who have confirmed their email address but have not been transferred into the checked group. Is there somthing I'm missing here? I really would like this feature to work, as it would be quite a pain to add each new user into the checked group manually. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

| It is not ICOZ system. You have something messed up in these settings. Could you copy what have you set up? Tested it - for me works fine.
Take a deap breath..

| SirFur, you have to set one more option (e.g. Number of days since user's registration: 1) beside of "With confirmed e-mail only" Also there is good option in Users Settings - "Forbid activity of the users with unconfirmed e-mails:"

| Hello there, I know there is a feature in UCOZ which you can automatically transfer USERS to CHECKED but this doesn't work for me.I enter the minimal count of entries in each module ("0" value in all modules except the Forum Module where i entered "1" but it doesn't transfer anyone). If admin could help me I would appreciate it. Thanks.

| l2viruz, Option "Method of checking the selected conditions" set as "OR" also remember that this feature don't occur in real time, usually it take 10-20 minutes for a user to be transferred....

| You cannot, but there is other way. You can check that 'Moderators' group is available at registration. (CP -> Users -> User Groups -> Moderators -> Under group img) They can select it^ at registration, than forbid activity for un-confirmed e-mails. (CP -> Users -> Module Settings -> Forbid activity of the users with unconfirmed e-mails)

| It's because you're using original 'Moderators' group. Create a new group & set same permissions if you want to do this.

If its a girl then it automatically goes to GIRLS GROUP. if its a boy then it goes to BOYS GROUP. Both have different policies. Please help me. Waiting for response and thanks in advance.

| itseeker, I am afraid you'll have to do this manually.
