You have a custom template. There is no problem with uCoz login form itself.
Your template most likely is blocking something. Restore default & try to login.

On other uCoz websites login form works just fine. Your website is different. When you
restored default template, blocks swapped places same as other few changes occurred.
I'm pretty sure you have something blocking the login access & that's your own design.
Restoring default template of only one page wont help you solve the problem.

We wont look into your custom template to find a problem. It's your work, our code is
working perfectly.

You probably changed something and now it works.

I had this problem, it can be easily fixed.

If your using JQuery or whatever just dont call the js file twice. I made that mistake.

EDIT: NVM I didn't link to jQuery correctly, now that I did, it doesn't work again.

lochy, first of all it is better to create custom templates using Templates Builder. I cannot say what is the exact problem, the source code of the login form seems ok.
