At you website you have Forum -> Members and there are different sorting parameters (you can add more via CP -> Users -> Module settings -> Information, displayed on the Users List page)

I'm not "man", "sir" or whatever. I'm female!
About signatures, screenshots etc...

$USERS_LIST_URL$ <-- this is the variable containing your members list page, but by default guest is not allowed to its safe to use it with this code
Code
<?if($USERS_ON$)?><?if($USER_LOGGED_IN$)?><a href="$USERS_LIST_URL$">Members</a> ::<?endif?><?endif?>

so that only logon users can see that link.....

in html link it is usually in http://yoursite/index/15-1

WeLcome to the END!!!
currently working on http://icom.at.ua <-- suggestions is greatly appreciated!!!

How do you make it so that when you pull up the list of users that everyone's avatars show up? Like on the left by their name.

Lightning, you can't because it will make no sense. Even if you remove a uNet user from your website, he/she will be able to log in using uNet account again and will be added to your user database again. But if you block such user, he won't be able to do anything at your website.

SieghWahrheit, how do you add new users? Via Control Panel? If yes then they don't need to confirm their e-mail.

Make sure they are right and there are no spaces before and after. What's your website url?

The e-mails can be in your spam folder. Try to use another email service, e.g. Gmail.
