anaiskeuh, host is a unique visit of the website (the first time you visit it in 24 hours). All the other times are called "visits" (not unique or original)

Please could someone explain what the figures in brackets are. For example on my statistics report for today it shows:
    Hosts 26 (+16)
So what does the +16 represent?

Sometimes its a negative number, which is even more confusing as sometimes its bigger than the figure not in brackets e.g.
    Views 120 (-130)

If someone could explain it to me I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

    ahakzzz..

is it possible to make such as "Total visitors visited of the day:" instead of using $counter$?
because $counter$ only showed total visitors visited since our registration of the website, right?
if it is possible, what is the code for that?

and one more question..what is the code for "Total registered user"?
that is mean, i want to show the total of visitors who have registered at my site in public..
    for example,
"There are 5 registered user have registered in my site"

yes and no you can use informers to see the total of registered users that visited your website

wrong the counter shows you - Hosts - number of unique IP-addresses. while visitors to the common local area networks with a single value address is considered as one host. this means that a host is 1 visitor , if you have 100 host then you have 100 visitors

"There are 5 registered user have registered in my site"

this sample of informers might help with that

    dear Animorph,

I am sorry, but what i mean for the "total visitors visited of the day:" is the total number, not the name/nick of the user as like "Users who have visited the site for the current day" in informers

and the second one about "total registered user" also what i need is the total number of registered user, not the name/nick of the registered user..

ok for example like this showed in my site:

    Quote
There are 5 visitors (including guest) visited the site today
    They are: $username$

There are 5 registered user registered in my site:
    They are: $USERNAME$ on $REG_TIME$ $REG_DATE$

what i am trying to say here is the code for the number of 5 (for example)..i know the code of $username$ showed the name/nick of the user..but what i mean is the code for the total number..maybe such as $total_registered_user$ or $total_visited_today$ something like that..

    izit possible?

    "total registered user"

CP ---> Informers ---> Create ---> Counters for users ---> by days

the $ALL_USERS$ code displays the amount of registered users in your site

    Quote (fieshah)
"total visitors visited of the day:"

i'm not sure if you can do this with numbers but i will check this as soon as possible
