My custom form has send email button, but does not work (I have added radio buttons/list box etc to my form.)

Hi friends,

I have made a fully customized form with radio buttons/list box/ combobox etc and added a button at the end to send the form info to my email. When I click "send" button it does not carry the user info selected in the form.
I have also found this message "You should not change or add other fields, not contained in fields constructor. Such fields will be ignored." under -> Email Forms->Module design customization. Is this what is blocking me to send custom information from the form to my email id?
Please suggest!!!

Kirsur, I think this is your problem.
Once you have finished editing your form follow this process.
CP -> Email Forms -> Mail Forms Management -> Find the Form you want -> Click Rebuild From Template
Then it should be fixed.
