Can't Accessing To Any Site's Pages

After Tracerting I Can Access Websites, But Can't Viewing Other Pages : CP,Site Users,Design Etc.
Even I Can't Log Outing Now Too.It Says "502 Bad gateWay"

My Connection Speed,Ip,Gateway Etc. All Are OK.

Help Please.

Note : Can't Tracert other pages e.g. http://hugesoft.tk/admin or http://hugesoft.tk/load
