Your website in different browsers: problems |
Today, when I used an old computer using the old version of Google Chrome (I don't know what's the version of the Google Chrome), and upon entering or accessing my site http://www.affordablecebu.com, the browser crashed. But in other browsers, I can successfully access my site. The only problem is the old version of Google Chrome crashes everytime I access my site.
This problem really loses site visitors, thus loses money. Please can you help me what's wrong with my site? Or is it caused by the conflicting system codes or ucoz scripts with the old version of Google Chrome? How can I fix this problem? |
khen, if your website works fine in all other browsers - most probably it means that the reason it doesn't work in Chrome is its old version. It works fine in the new Chrome version and everything is fine with the website in general. So I would suggest to either put a warning sing on your website saying that only new Chrome versions are recommend or just leave it, because the number of people who use old Chrome version is not that big.

a part of my ucoz web, which I created with Firefox, is not displayed in IE - see screenshots. Other people have a similar problem viewing this web, so it's not my PC.
I can't do anything about it. Can anyone plz help me with that? Thanks in advance. Alex Attachments:

defaultNick9247, We have checked the template in FF and in IE - the problem wasn't confirmed. It means that the problem is at your end. We suggest you re-install the template (CP->Settings->Common settings->select this design again and click Save at the bottom of the page.

thank you very much for your help, but re-installing the template didn't work. did it several times, but the main page in IE remains the same and there is no chance to change it. I have Win7 64-bit and IE 64-bit, can it cause the problem? or any other ideas/suggestions I can try?
thanks again. |
