Can't log into Control Panel and other troubles

I cannot log into the Control Panel, it says incorrect username or password.
Please use the Control Panel password reminding form: http://www.ucoz.com/main/?a=remind

Is it possible for 2 people to be logged into the Control panel simultaneously?
Yes, it is. The maximum number of simultaneous logins to the Control Panel is set in security settings of the Control panel. It can be set to the maximum of 4.

If there are several administrators on the website, is it possible to track who logged into the Control Panel and when?
It can be viewed in "Action log", that can be found in Control Panel -> Security.

If I make someone an administrator, will he/she be able to log into the Control Panel and change something there?
No. When you make an administrator, it is not necessary to tell him/her the Control Panel password. Even if an administrator knows the password, it cannot be changed without the answer to the secret question.

How to change the Control Panel password?
You can change the Control Panel password like this: log in to the Control Panel (add /admin to the name of the website, e.g. mysite.ucoz.com/admin) -> Security -> Change account password -> Separate password. In order to do this you will have to be able to answer the secret question as well.

How can I find out when my website was created?
The creation date can be found on the main page of the Control Panel.

Why can't I create a website backup, if the website occupies more than 75% of the disk space?
The remaining disk space is not enough to create a website backup as available Mbs have to be used by the backup copy.

How can i add where i can let more peopel into the admin cp or do they have to use same username and login as me to it?

war5665, you can give people Administrators group & they will have access to admin bar at site. If you wish others to have access to CP, you must provide your sites username & password to him/her/them. (not recommended)

Hello,

My friend has attached a domain dj-umaki.com to his site umaki.do.am.

When we try to access the control panel via the dj-umaki.com we get an error when we press OK. "Session Timeout".Though we can access the panel via umaki.do.am .

Could you help me out here?

Try to delete cookies and check this:
CP » Users » User groups » Administrators » Bind session to IP address (protection from stealing cookies) - remove the checkmark.

No, I don't think you can. It will ask for the secret question when using the password reminder.

Sparky, you can try to contact Technical Support once again and send them all registration information you remember (IP, admin password if you remember it; try to suggest what CP password could be, maybe you just don't remember one or two characters). But if you don't remember anything then sorry. Next time remember or store this info.

hi can someone from management help plz....
when i registered my site, i saved all my login details in my documents for safekeeping.
yesterday i experienced a major problem with my pc and ended up doing a full format of my machine.

ive lost all my passwords to my account. is there anyway you guys can retrieve them for me??

my site is razorradio.ucoz.ru. i can get into the first page but i cant alter my site cus i dont know the log in details.

And on your website, under the login form click on "Lost password".

I have admin bar on top on my page, i click login to control panel and it takes me to url http://blood-thugz.ucoz.com/admin/ but with a 404 error,sorry the page you have requested cannot be found please reenter a search item?..

It worked yesterday why not todAY?
