I have posted this message to the technical support with no reply till now "waiting" if your support is like this all over so you are not going to be a successful entity that people trust you to run business on.
This was the message: I have some of my websites not loading at all: talabatakaghani.com ta3lemna.ucoz.com what is this???? If any one will reply that this is not the right place to post so he should tell me where to post>>>>>>>>>> |

Most of our team have the weekend off. We are not an entirely 24/7 service unless it is in regards to the physical service we provide to our users (and our technical and marketing divisions in cases of course). Our support team is for the most part unavailable over weekends apart from selected team members. You can find most threads using the former of the two and anything that is actively in use using the latter. Just a tip in case you can't find something again.
