From experience with PayPal, I do not suggest you to put money into it. I
don't want to say anything bad but there were many cases when company
freezes the sum and you cannot access it.

There is wise way to use PayPal. First, your credit card must be confirmed.
You must add credit cards numbers the PayPal is asking. Also your bank
account must have internet-bank otherwise it wont work. Second, to pay
for items, instead of transferring bank money to PayPal you use PayPal's
e-mail as way of paying. When you select 'Pay with PayPal' anywhere in
internet, it will link you to PayPal's page, you just login into and will appear
page of item you want to buy, you simply select yes and so on. Your money
will flow from bank account to PayPal and same sum to service for item.
PayPal will remain 0 and company wont have chance to freeze it. =]

Din Experienta cu PayPal, nu iti recomand sa pui bani in cont. Nu vreau sa spun nimic rau, dar s-au semnalat multe cazuri cand compania a inghetat suma de bani si tu nu o mai poti accesa.

Este o cale inteleapta de a folosi PayPal. Pentru inceput cardul tau de credit trebuie sa fie confirmat. Trebuie sa adaugi numarul cardului de credit pe care PayPal ti-l cere. De asemenea, contul tau bancar trebuie sa aiba un serviciu de internet banking, altfel nu va functiona. In al doilea rand, pentru a efectua plati pe internet, in loc sa transferi banii din banca spre contul PayPal, folosesti e-mailul de la Paypal pentru plata. Cand selectezi "Pay with PayPal"(Modalitatea de plata cu serviciul PayPal) oriunde pe internet, te va redirectiona catre pagina PayPal; tu doar te loghezi si iti va aparea pagina cu obiectul pe care vrei sa il platesti, selectezi "Yes" etc. Banii tai din banca se vor transfera catre contul PayPal, dar numai suma reprezentand pretul obiectului cumparat. Suma din contul tau PayPal va ramane 0, iar compania nu va avea ocazia sa-ti blocheze banii.

can someone tell me what is the new "Basic Paid Service Package" ? It says that it removes "ucoz ads on the website". Does it remove the uCoz banner on top of the page ?

I've paid for service package "Basic" 1 month ago.
It ends today. Here is the screen.

Now I've ordered new Basic package and here is the screen.

Maybe it will be pending till the first service package ends.

but i dint have credit card ...eg visa .etc and i want my own domain .i am from greece
and i want to pay with another method from credit. i want to pay by sms or bank and that is only for
russia what can i do for pay?
