Yo people,
this is like a BIG question which goes to all the experienced people. look at the picture in the attackment. that is like my website plan, I wanna make my site look basically like that. So I got a couple questions I know where to go to edit the CSS thing. But I need to know what to do when I get there, i know how to change pictures, background, but i gotta know how to change the layout. How i change the layout? right now, that's all i can think of, answer these questions simply and if i gets the answers, i would stop askin questions for a while. thank you, thank you update: if that picture that i just sent is hard for you to understand, let me know, i'd make it easier for you by putting in a better one.. but please answer these.
