Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

hezz, there are currently mass server outages due to a DDoS attack on one of the datacenters. There is no current ETA that I can confirm. Our technical division are doing as much as possible to bring the servers back to operating in standard mode ASAP.

Venkat, unfortunately not so. This problem is arising from their being no connection to or form the servers in any regions outside of as far as I am aware RU/Ukraine. Please be patient, our technicians are working on this issue to resolve it ASAP.

ok ok understood..... the site can be able to accessible by you peoples ..... it not working in other regions.. ok ok... now only I understand your situation... then the problem with other counties are blocking our website... but why they are blocking for... loading issues? ok then my content are in safe with you guys....... take your own time by today.

I can understand your problem.... all the best for your team to resolve this.... please had your foods and start work out further. I never disturb you guys....

Venkat, as far as I can see your site is accessible to anyone within the RU/Ukraine regions - all the servers are still accessible by these regions. Unfortunately due to the nature of how the internet is structured around the CISCO global routers it is inaccessible in pretty much every other international network segment due to the sections of the datacenter brought down by the DDoS attacks. Your content and everything on the servers is fine. We're just unable to access them internationally. smile

so Paradox how will this effect things such as my payments I have put down on my site for things like premium?

will the time be set a little back so I get more time or must I just pay when it ends knowing the time ive lost

hezz, complaining is not going to help fix your website or make anything happen quicker. Our technicians have been working over the weekend to fix these access problems which - as I do seem to have to add - were not within possibility to prevent from our end. Please be patient; I will update everyone with news when I have it.
