I changed the default phrases found at Form for registering new site users at my site. I removed the phrase: ICQ NUMBER, and changed it to: OFFICE BRANCH. Now, whenever a new user registers at my site the following error appears:

Error message: ICQ Identifier is incorrect

Although, I know that the text box for ICQ Numbers accepts numbers only, but we do know that numbers entered there where not used in any computation, it should accept a combination of letters and numbers right? Is there a solution for this?

Or is there an option where we can add our own text box that we can set it to accept letters or numbers, and has a flexibility to change the number of characters it will accept. The textbox for ICQ NUMBER accepts numbers up to 15 characters only.

I ask if there is any way that before Registering ppls must read some my infos?

edit template of Registration page and put there anything you want.

While a user is regestring can i put a question that i want to know. for example How did you find us?_______________
so he would write down and then register

How to exchange users registration rules to give no permission to user name to be longer than 8 letters to prohibit use "| / _ ! ...chance user registration

fifaleague, you cannot do that. The registration form is in $BODY$ which isn't possible to modify.

i wanted to change the options in registration page.. i needed to add location,age,college,etc details during registration..
