I am having the exact same problem its so frustrating, i guess if it doesnt come back i wont be hit so hard as I have only just started but for all those who have had theirs for along time and well established it must be so frustrating and annoying.
Funny how its only effected us people from the UK What would be nice is if someone from ucoz told us what the was actually the cause of this and the problem be fixed. I have also emailed support no reply yet. |
dont worry midnitelady, i have had a reply off support and ive sent them a trace route, hopefully this will be solved soon.
please dont be put off by this, ive been with ucoz a while and this is the first major problem ive had. they are quite good overall, especially for me cus ive paid to get all the banners removed! if i still got no joy by wednesday then im off. |
Thankyou Jon, i guess we will see what happens
But if i dont have my site with ucoz not sure where to have it lol ...i came across this site by accident bout 2/3 weeks ago and found it easy to use once u got to know where things were |

Ok...
What can you see, when you open www.247musicradio.at.ua? Does this problem exist for all browsers? |
Meddy appreciate you trying to help Jon resolve this issue but as he has already its widespread as far as us UK users go, im sure you have read the notes in forum to clarify that.
I have tried to access my site with 3 different browsers, on 3 different computers same problem everytime, it hangs then this comes up... "Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out" For assistance, contact your network support team. " Which is what ALL us UK users are seeing....now i know it isnt my computer its working fine on every site ACCEPT Ucoz, my partner who has over 20 years experience with computers has even tried and tested all the comps used and nothing shows up as a result showing my computer on our network is at fault. Hopefully Meddy u can show some light on the problem |
Yeah, now we know about problem with 102-st server. This problem is somewhere on UK's chanel. We are solving it.
Thank you for your patience! |
i cant believe i might have to go elsewhere. the datacentre you use they need a swift boot up the ass.
ive dealt with datacentres before but nothing like the one you guys use. you must have the worse datacentre in history if they are taking this long to solve such a small problem. if i got no joy soon im outta here, off to another company whos willing to take my money. sorry but ive been wiiting since the problem started about 1pm on sunday..... over 48hrs ago. no one can go that long without a website...especially mine! |
I have the exact same problem. People in other countries can view the site and the only way i can view it is by accessing it through a proxy. But still then you can't do much...
