I wonder what makes them keep blocking the server. I had just created from new stuff for my site and I can't get anything on it, even with hiding my IP. Though I can still see the site and that it is operational, which that at least keeps me happy.

Pantha35, our Abuse/Support teams are actively handling the matter. In the meantime everyone can access their sites using the ToR browser.

Comcast is once again blocking s26 and this is very frustrating for a lot of users that use my website. I hope all is settled and done in a timely manner. Please keep us updated. Thank you. |
STaTiCShoX, can you have your users provide tracert results please. Without these we cannot confirm these problems and take appropriate action.

STaTiCShoX, thank you. We'll need several tracerts to send a request to Comcast to remove the block. I think we'll have them soon since you are not the only one with the problem.

Alright I hope so.. this happens way to often. Out of curiosity, why does Comcast keep blocking website servers for uCoz?

STaTiCShoX, not all users, who create websites with uCoz, follow the ToS. Some users create phishing websites, and though we delete them as soon as we get to know about them, sometimes it is not soon enough. Providers, such as Comcast, block server IPsto protect their users from phishing websites. Unfortunately by blocking a whole server they block thousands of websites, created without any violations.

Hi. I cant access to my website. In russian Ucoz forum said that there is a DDOS attack and thats why some network segments cant access to web sites.

Bossman1113, looks like server 26 is blocked by Comcast again. We'll look into it but we need more tracert results.
