My website (Server 57) is still blocked. Is there anything I can do to help it or just wait?
|
Thank you Sunny for sending a request, I tried to access today and I still get the timed out thing. I hope it gets fixed soon o.o before my 45 days. thank you so much for the help Sunny. I know you guys are doing what you can. :3 I will keep checking back. Is the Server Status page for us to see when stuff gets fixed.

Xenobia, the Server Status thread is essentially a way for users to know what's happening with each of the servers. It has information on scheduled/expected service delays as well as information on servers that are currently unavailable to previously unavailable. So it is there to show everything, we just haven't updated it with the information about s57 yet.
WorldOfDesign, uCoz have already sent a number of requests to the provider. I believe just waiting should be fine although it is possible for you to contact your provider regarding the issue as well. Jack of all trades in development, design, strategy.

I STILL can't log onto my website, memorybox.ucoz.com and its getting really irritating. When will I be able to log on? Every time I call Comcast I get the ring around with them and no answers.

Xenobia, this is not a problem at the uCoz end. Comcast are the only people who can solve the access problems their customers are experiencing. On that though would it be possible for you to please provide new tracing results to your website here on the forums? Newer tracing results may get Comcast to unblock the servers IP quicker or alternatively give them an indication of where the server is being blocked from.

Makir, the problem is somewhere on your PC. Check whether you have proxy enabled. If you are using modem - make sure nothing is prohibited in the settings. And provide the tracing results for the website you cannot access, not for ucoz.com.
