uCoz Community General Information First Steps with uCoz Can't connect to a uCoz website (server is not available, site is down, site inaccessible) |
Can't connect to a uCoz website |
Please check uCoz Server Status' in the following thread before posting: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1 When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.
|
This info is for those users who experience regular problems with uCoz website(s) accessibility: websites open too slowly, websites are often inaccessible over a certain period of time. If a website is not accessible for the first time and the problem has just occurred, most probably the following thread is more relevant: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1 . Note that most probable reasons of the access problems are: your software settings, or incorrect work of your network provider, a virus on your PC or on your website etc. But we can try to settle the issue together. Besides, if some software, e.g. a firewall, starts working incorrectly with uCoz websites, we are trying to help solve the problem despite the fact the problem is on the software developer's side. We are trying to inform the developers, together with the software users, where the problem is so that it could be fixed. So, if you have regular accessibility problems you need to provide info according to the following form.
Please fill the form completely. If you cannot answer some questions, provide the reason why, e.g. “I don't know how to do this” or “I don't know where to check it”. Mandatory form: For those who can use the registry and experience such inaccessibility problems: pleae post what you have in [HKey_Local_Machine\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\PersistentRoutes] I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

Actually my website http://redpepper007.ucoz.com/ also has stopped loading, just keeps connectin all the time... And this is not only for me, many other people have reported that my site is down for no reason. Oh, and this has happened a few more times in the past too. Now this is second time today, and yesterday it happened once. Is there something wrong with ucoz servers?
And other ucoz websites loads fine for me... Post edited by redpepper007 - Friday, 2010-10-29, 3:05 PM
