When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

kankukong, sejaspalma, during this weekend server s57 could be temporarily inaccessible due to technical issues. Currently the server is working in its regular mode.

Ed05, I'm afraid your website is one of the reasons (along with several other websites) s104 has loading issues. Your website creates excess load on the server.
I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.

29.03 Due to technical problems s105 server was rebooted. At the moment there is a check of the file system.

woox, error 403 means your IP was blocked by the server due to too many requests. Please make sure there are no scripts on your website that could send requests to the server more often than 2 times per minute.

When i cant enter to my site 10 min its fine somehow, but if i cant enter whole day or few hours then the problem is critical and you must act. Not to mention that the same problem persist every weekend.
I know that you moved one site to another server and i ask you to move mine too the disburdened server. Otherwise i know that i will suffer this problem next week and next and so on.

The issue is - it's your website that overloads the server, so moving it to another server won't resolve the issue. I'm afraid in your case moving to a VIP server would be the solution.

300$ its to expensive for one month for now, i dont have enough users to earn me that money cause your server reject my vistors when they come in more during weekend.. :)
From all this i can understand this fact, my site its only one wich can't be online during weekends (overloading) and there can't be done nothing cause ucoz server cannot handle with visited websites in this case average visit 150/250 constantly online users. You should mention that before in paid section on pricing page.
I sent pm as last try to save my site.

Don't forget that your website shares the server with many other websites that create some load as well, but your website alone takes almost 10% of the channel capacity. And just the number of visitors is not an issue here (150/250 is a quite low number), but what those visitors do on the website.

Sunny, What users can do on site where is one module active (in this case load) where users cant do nothing exept posting comments and watch enteries. ok, i dont want to be persist here. I will continue to lost visitors next weekend and i will be quiet.

s104 again,i did not want to report but the problem but i cant enter to the website whole evening.And typically on weekend days. 3/10 It is constantly offline.
I must say this..
Ps, i dont want to be smart here cause you do your job but stil i will advice you to check is there ddos atacks on s104 cause there is atacks on few websites like mine this days.
Today i have more visitors than yesturday and server did not failed.
I hope that you will set cloudflare to prevent this very anoying happening wich becomes worst and worst.
