For websites with the uID sign-in method (uID users)

It is not possible to edit the uID registration form, the registration form and the fields in it are the same for all websites that support uID.

For websites with the local sign-in method (local users)

It is possible to change/edit the local registration form.

To change the fields of the registration form go to Control Panel -> Users -> Module settings -> Fields of the registration form:
There are two columns of checkboxes near each field name. The first checkbox enables/disables a field, the second checkbox makes the field required/optional.

The default field names can be changed in Control Panel -> Substitution of default phrases -> Form for registering new site users. i.e. you can change the names into any names you need.

You can edit the template code of the registration form in Control Panel -> Customize Design -> User registration form and the code of the registration page in Control Panel -> Customize Design -> User registration page.

To change the sign-in method on your website, go to Control Panel -> Users -> Module settings -> Allowed methods of user authorization. Remember: switching to "local users” is available for premium users only (those who pay for any of paid packages for any period).

If the default registration form is not working, it is desirable to check the following:

!) JavaScript must be enabled in your browser;

!) your browser must accept cookies;

!) there can be a script conflict if you use third-party JavaScript or jQuery versions, incompatible with the uCoz jQuery version.

I mean the order of the fields appeared in the registration form page, not the list of user page.

Can someone to tell me how to set up the page for the registration of users have 4 or 5 places to enter data.

donce, you can adapt registration only if you buy a premium package, in free option you can not change your registration as users sign on uNet not your site...

i mean it is possible buti think it is not allowed...

Sunny, Sorry for late answer.

The problem is my mobile operator.

When I send a text message, answer me that this operation is not allowed. I did as described in the tutorial to pay for the sms message. Tutorial is probably correct, because when I checked my account I saw that I did not have enough money in the account. It was enough for the UCOZ service, but operater take his part of cookies and for them aint have enough.

Now the problem is solved, but I am interested in one thing. If I buy an additional 400 mb of space, whether to buy it stays constantly on my site or I must pay every month to keep them on site? Iin the next few days I will buy the service, so I wonder how it works. I read the tutorial, but I was not clear whether you buy, becomes part of the site, or just rent space.

You'll have to pay each month, it's like a subscription fee.

Did anyone know if there's a way to use the original registration page from one original uCoz template to an custom template?

I mean i have site that i have installed Dominion template on it, but one thing in the registration page is bugged and i want everything to be working, but i can't fix it because i'm not an HTML/CSS expert. I want to use the registration page from the original template on that custom Domion template so everything there will work correctly.

Look for what i mean "bugged" on that Domion template:

Look where is the small pop-up window when you click on Visible for: All/Friends/None

It's weird and i want to fix this. I have written in uCozT*mplates in the forum and there one guy say that he will check if this if he can fix it, but i want to fix that so i can continue building my site.

Maybe here someone will help me to fix that smile

Edit: I have forgotten to say - this is from the template, because on all uCoz sites using this template (Dominion) it's the same with the pop-up window and only that is bugged, the other things in the template are working fine.

Hi I have two problems.

1.I go to Substitution of default phrases -->Form for registering new site users and I translate some fields on my languge(Bosnian),but When I go to Register new user It Is on English.

2.Can I remove this text on Registration Page:
Attention! This website is a member of uNet system. We recommend that you sign up to uNet system by means of filling this registration form. It will let you not only log in to all uNet websites (there are 1 000 000 such websites, you can recognize them by the icon in the login form) but also get a number of other possibilities.

For safe and convenient login to all the system websites it is recommended to use the toolbar or a special login button for FireFox, Chrome, IE browsers.

And I disable some fields in Module Settings but It's appear on Registration Page...
