When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

My website westor.ucoz.com cannot access Server 37 i saw in servers status that this server has not any problem any help ?

My website kenhtruyen.com still forbidden , ip viet nam can not load it
But ip other country load normal
And

Can not load , error 500

Sunny, tnx for the answer, if tech support can't resolve this any time soon then please tell me is there any way to transfer my site to other server?

Please understand that this is becomes irritating, error 500 every single night for last 2 weeks and more (even at this point again error 500). Users begin to complain, become offensive, facebook and mail are full (and i mean full) of complaints. I have a lot of users around 80k per day so this is a huge problem for me.

My site is blocking with reason Malware.

I just put Google custom search and Facebook comment on my site. I dont know why it is blocked with this reason.

I already contacted with support team via Technical form but there is no feedback till now.
