Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

Please understand that this is becomes irritating, error 500 every single night for last 2 weeks and more (even at this point again error 500). Users begin to complain, become offensive, facebook and mail are full (and i mean full) of complaints. I have a lot of users around 80k per day so this is a huge problem for me.


My website have visit : 60k / day
so this error 500 is a huge problem for me too.

it occurs continuously in 4 days

Davor24, I can assure you that we are well aware of the problem and its resolution has a very high priority at the moment. Please keep us updated on whether the error persists on your website or if it gets better (don't forget that the data we need are URL, screenshot, exact time).

I think my computer has virus and spreading to my file.

I have checked and removed them all. Please help to unlock my site.

issuse occurred during the 5 days

techniques have found a bug and help me solve this yet ??

because waiting too long so I can require a full backup of data from kenhtruyen.dmon.com to kenhtruyen.ucoz.com ??

I have purchased packages kenhtruyen.dmon.com

The "Basic" paid package 15 $46.35 Active 21/01/2016 3:00:00

So Have i kept premium account ??

and

My data files nearly 1gb , how can I upload via ftp ??
because ftp can not upload files that are larger

and
Available disk space in kenhtruyen.dmon.com is : 4683 Mb
so i have kept available space disk ???
