try these two proxy server sites =] (I dont have this problem so I dont know if they work, but I have asked some ppl to test them, and most of them have said one of them worked for them =])

I've tried through a proxy service, and it loads fine when using that, so it's definately something to do with UK ip's being blocked by a telia.net router.

thing is that it seems to be semi random, like every 2 or 3 weeks for some people the sites will work for a day... and that just makes me think that something is seriously messed up.

Still not working for me, getting a 'HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error' if i try to access my site.

Although i set up davenny.ucoz.com for an elderly neighbour i'm starting to get frustrated that i can't access the site.
It would be nice if ucoz kept everyone updated on the progress of what they are trying to do to fix the problem, their thoughts on what the problem may be or even a post to say "we don't know what's causing this but we are still trying to fix it", rather then just telling us to be patient or to use a proxy. I can't explain to a 73 year old that he has to use a proxy to view his site and using a proxy will not let me log into control panel.
It's easy to feel that ucoz don't care about the problem when we don't hear from them. I'm not saying they don't care or that they're not working hard to get this fixed, but please keep us updated.

Armaros, hi. can you tell me whats happening again with the server because ive gone to log on and i cant view my site. i had this problem when i first set up the account a few weeks ago then after 4 days it came on and its been great but its gone off again today and i cant get back in.

any idea why its doing this?? i was gonna pay to have the top banner removed but im seriously having second thoughts now...........

i have already got a paid site from you guys and its working fine (to what i know about) but its just this one again.

its nothing to do with our providers, even in the past you guys have said yourself its something to do with the route from the uk to the server. ive contacted my service provider in the past and after test after test after test they find nothing wrong with the servers here.

they said if they had blocked it, i wouldnt be able to view it then not be able to! its been working ok for a whole week then its gone off again. thats not down to ip blocking from our ip!

like i said, ive already got a website with you guys (247musicradio.at.ua) and i can access that one no problem.... i can even log in there! so if it was a blocking problem, i wouldnt be able to view that would i???? think about it!

It works fine for me because I live in scotland, however the people who cant access my site say it works on random days for an entire day, however then shuts off again (they say this happens about every 2 or 3 weeks that it works for a day... I posted their tracerts already here (well, 4 or 5 of theirs.)

I want to repeat again - we do want to solve this problem as well. Now the techs are trying another method and I hope the solution is very close.
