1. If a website can be loaded at least from one computer, then the problem is not with the uCoz system.
What is to be done? - Direct attention to your ISP.

2. If a group of websites does not load, the administration is aware and is fixing it.
What is to be done? - Wait.

3. If all but you can enter the website, then your IP is temporarily blocked because it belongs to the same network segment as the hacker's, who is attacking the server. After the attack is over the blocking will be disabled. Duration of the attack is known to the hacker only.

4. If you have just attached a domain you should wait 24 hours on the average.

5. If your website opens in one browser but doesn't open in another, then the problem is in the browser or firewall settings.

We do not inform users about unscheduled maintenance (emergency) works. In this case accept our apologies for temporarily inconvenience.

"Requested site is not registered at uCoz Web Service SITE NOT FOUND"

It means that the website with such address has never been registered at uCoz. So you have made a mistake when typing the address.

SITE NOT FOUND

The website "website_address" is disabled due to inactivity and will be deleted in several days. Restoration instructions have been sent to the registration e-mail of the website owner.

The website is disabled, because it was considered inactive. It means that no one visited the website for 40 days. An automatic notification was sent to the e-mail address of the website owner. Follow the restoration instructions there and activate your website. It needs to be done not later than 15 days after the website was disabled.

If the e-mail address of the website owner isn't confirmed, the automatic notification is not sent. If you use Yahoo as your e-mail provider, there are poor chances of receiving restoration instructions.

What should I do if I haven't received a message with the restoration link?

The message could be regarded as spam, and as a result could get into Spam/Junk folder of the e-mail service you use or could be deleted.
Please check the contents of the Spam folder, and if the message is not there contact the support service of your e-mail provider. You are the one who is their customer and you can influence the quality of their work and the correctness of mail delivery.
If you can't find this message – contact uCoz Technical Support. If you have other websites, you may contact Technical Support service via Control Panel of your active website.

What kind of message to uCoz Technical Support service should I write, if I want my website to be restored?

Do not forget to provide your website address.

SITE NOT FOUND
The requested site "site_address" is not registered at uCoz Web Service

It means that the website has been deleted and the restoration link is not active any more.

«Account is blocked»

The owner of the website who wants to recover the account should remove the reasons why the website was blocked (They are always specified in the message about blocking). And then inform the uCoz Abuse Service about it. Use this form here: http://www.ucoz.com/abuse/

What kind of message to uCoz Abuse Service should I write, in case my website is blocked?

Be sure to provide the address of your website. Specify the approximate date of blocking. Be as specific as possible, when asking questions or requesting something.

For the past week I have been having trouble accessing my website. the only thing that has changed is that last weekend my internet provider changed my modem as it was causing us trouble with slow speeds at some points. Other then this nothing has changed. I have contacted other users of my site and they are having no issue getting on the site. I seem to be the only one. I am having no issue open any other forums I use on other sites or any other web pages. I am stumped. I looked over the post and nothing seems to apply to this issue. I am not a hacker so I don't see why my access would be blocked. If it is an issue with my ISP how do I fix it? I am not all that computer savvy....This is the link i am using to get to my site. http://argonnekingdom.ucoz.com/ . Please help as I am pulling my hair out here.....

Hello Megan for that line of your sentence. there is wires in your modem that will burn if you leave your router on 24/7. however you site seems to load fine on my end. if i was you try clear your browser cache and cookies, and history. Then please visit your webpage and see if it loads? and if you can't access your website please notify your ISP that you can't access your website.
Is it you can't access your website or it loads to slow?

Admistrator, most modern routers are developed to allow adequate airflow around the wiring so that this does not occur. If your router is melting it's a problem with where it's placed of faulty development on the most part. smile

yes my provider is comcast. I have had them for a while but the new router only a few days, since the issue started to occur, The modem is in a well ventilated area. someone said I might have an IP issue related to the change over of the modem. Could this be a possibility? If so what would resolve it? I have no issue loading any thing else. and the page will not load at all. it tries to load for about a minute then i get a message that there was a problem loading the page, web site could be down or busy.

Meg cry

sorry i miss spoke. I have had the modem for a few days...the router has been the same for a few years. don't want to confuse you anymore then i am already confused...

You can find a guide on how to do this here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1

The router is not going to be the problem in your case at all. And I don't believe you'll have run into an IP resolve conflict with the server either. If you provide the results after running the tracert we'll be able to see where exactly this problem is occurring and hopefully get it fixed up ASAP. smile

Meg7627, unfortunately it is now evident that Server 57 is being blocked by Comcast. The best I can advise is to contact your provider regarding this issue. We will do the same so this will hopefully be resolved quickly. In the meantime you can use a proxy service such as TOR to access your website. wink

Thanks. I figured the same. I was on the phone with Comcast for 3 hours this afternoon. I even had someone from their signature service staff access my pc remotely to try and solve the problem. Unfortunately he was stumped as well. Said it shouldn't be happening. He even had a comcast user in Georgia try and access my site and it was even an issue for them to access it. I have two trouble tickets with Comcast and will be following up with them daily to see what they are able to find out for me. If you need them as reference let me know and I can provide them for you. They were apologetic but that unfortunately won't solve the problem.

As far as the proxy server how do I go about doing that? I have never had to use a proxy before. Thanks so much for your guidance and help with all this. Even though I still can't access the site I feel better knowing that you guys will help push for a solution as well. smile

you can download tor by pushing the button on that download page https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en

Then you must search for the tor browser folder and it should appear. If you need live chat help please private message me.
