Please check uCoz Server Status' in the following thread before posting: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

The s41 websites are on server s26 or s7?

Because first it says:

Due to the technical issues, we were forced to transfer the websites from the s41 to the s26.
All the websites transferred to the s26 server are working in their regular mode.

All the users who had their websites connected with a custom domain on the s41 server via the A-record (IP), needs to change the A-record from the Control Panel of their websites.
If the current value is set as 195.216.243.241, you need to change it to the 195.216.243.26
Once it's done, your website will be available under the custom domain name.

The uCoz website builder administration is deeply sorry for such inconveniences.

And after that it says:

Due to the technical issues on the Server 41 the websites were transferred to the Server 7. [23/06]

e-orlando, it was a mistype of a sort, thank you for noticing it. The websites from the s41 were transferred to the s26. The s7 was unavailable but right now everything's just fine.

Mark-ucoz-co-uk, Actually it is a server issue and it's posted at the separate thread: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1#85106

P.S.: Unfortunately, but Sunny doesn't work here anymore.
