Please check uCoz Server Status' in the following thread before posting: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

lordvirus1313, the server your website is on is unavailable now due to data center technical problems. We apologize for the inconveniences on behalf of uCoz web-services an suggest you wait.

repositng this here

Ok soo ill try to lay this out as simply as i cna bare with me ( i do suffer from dislexic disgraphia so please pardon my spelling and puntuation)

So my friends and i have a ucoz site for a game and im one of the admins for the site

one of our admins has had off and on trouble accessing the site using At&t internet before but it cleared up and we though nothing of it since i use at&t as well we figured it was something on his end

now suddenly as of 2-3 days ago i can no longer access the site and niether can he

i spoke with ucoz support and ran a trace and they showed it was on my end

ive tried form multiple computers

i also have cell phone service through att and cant access the site from that either

however if i goto work and connect to there wifi i CAN access it so its not my pc's or phone its definately something else

ive spent hours of the phone with att and they swear that they dont block any sites and i can access any other ucoz site

we have cleared all ip bans from the site

i can also access the site using a tunnel site like vtunnel

not sure what other info would be important but thats all i got for now

-----------------

Update on this people from all over cant access the site from at&t

yet att insists there not blocking it on there end nor would thye have any reason to so it has to be some kinda setting issue on our site

any att scource of internet seems to be having issues accessing the site from multiple states , from att phones to atta uverese to att internet , cant access the site

Chf.ucoz.com

---------------------------------------------
anyone ?

we have been discussing it among ourselves and the only conclusion we can come to is that it must be some kinda site setting as it makes 0 sense that att would block a single gamer forum from ALL there internet and data services

not to mention the fact that ive spent hours on the phone with people from numerous departments at att and they all insist that they do NOT block sites

MORE TROUBLE!!!!

before i was cut off completely from my forums i had a few days of the forums going SUPER slow for me

now thats starting to happen here

lspiderl, please pay attention! This is the second time I am telling you this. Provide a website name and the tracing results when connecting to your website directly, without at&t . In this way only we will be able to check the problem.
Have you tried to contact your Internet provider as I suggested?

and in case you didnt understand att IS my internet service

and everyone i know in multiple states using att as there internet service cannot connect to the site

lspiderl, I need you to connect to another website of yours - roh2.ucoz.com. Login to this website and do the tracing of this website.
Do the tracing of Chf.ucoz.com again and sent us the results. See the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1

I am not sure I understand this part. Please rephrase.
I also need you to ping both of your websites and send us the results. To do it click windows+R simultaneously->type in cmd->Ok->then type in ping->click Space and paste the name of your website (first roh2.ucoz.com then Chf.ucoz.com). provide us the results.

allbyone, the results of the tracing proves that the problems are not at our end, but on your provider's behalf. We suggest your forward your complaints there.

Drag, the results of the tracing proves that the problem is not at our end. For testing purposes try to work from another copy of operating system, another computer and, if possible, using another network provider.
Try to use another browser or update the current one. Make sure that cookies are accepted by the browser, clear the cookies history; check whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser; clear the cache (temporary files) of the browser.
If you will not be able to access your website after it, contact your Internet provider.

Skullworks, I have checked your website and I was able to access it under both domain names. There are no problems with our servers. If you were able to access it via your laptop, it means that the problem has to be at your end.
For testing purposes try to work from another copy of operating system, another computer and, if possible, using another network provider.
If you do not have such possibility, then it is desirable to do the following actions step by step:
1. Disable your firewall, antivirus while running diagnostics;
2. Disable the traffic saving services (e.g., Traffic Compressor);
3. Disable the torrent client or any other services that can create a lot of connections, if any;
4. Try to use another browser or update the current one.
5. Make sure that cookies are accepted by the browser, clear the cookies history; check whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser; clear the cache (temporary files) of the browser
