Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

I cant get into control panel it has been working up to a few days ago and i have not been able to get into with my laptop and there is other people that cant get into it either we are getting calls that the website is not working it keeps timing out it is not on our end. I have tried all that is listed and it still does not work. I cant even get to the page to send a message to tech support. Can you get in to the cp and can you move the website to a different server. Thanks

Are you saying that you can get into your website, but not CP? Provide the error text you see, when logging in.

have you tried other computers or operating system like I suggested you. What were the results? It is very useful to try to connect to your website by means of another network provider for testing purposes.

What calls? From whom? as far as I am aware there are only 2 users at your website.

Wallhard, the whole datacenter is offline and 50% of servers are located there. But don't worry This will be solved as soon as possible.

hey
a fellow admin on www.forumleb.com had the same problem that i had. he is the only one who can't access the site, after deleting cookies reseting the modem, turning off firewall.... still not working
this is his ip 194.126.14.101
can any one check it ? he can't access forumleb.com

Wallhard, Then it had something to do with the server problem in uCoz yesterday I think that that has been solved now.

Yup, I run a video game community and have made our own website here at ucoz. 1/2 of my members cannot connect.
My website: skyeden.ucoz.com

The website I made this for the video game minecraft. The community I run has over 30 players. I have used ucoz before and setting up this website was a breeze. Unfortunately for unknown reasons, some of my players cannot connect here.

I have read and understood the conversation in this post. I will try telling my members to:

Hey i can access other ucoz sites normaly an admin user had the same problem but now it's fixed but not on my ip and there are another ip we didn't open the admin user on it and did give me the

ERROR
