Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

yoo, the website infokobuleti.ucoz.com can be accessed via the attached domain name http://www.infokobuleti.com/ without any difficulties. If the problem is still topical, provide an error text you see, when logging into http://www.infokobuleti.com/

chr0me, armenrock,There are routing problems from server 43 in the data center. The websites that are located on that server are available, when using anonymizer. We are aware of the problem and try to do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. On behalf of uCoz web-services we apologize for the inconveniences.

My site has also been unavailable for at least 12 hours http://www.thebakerboy.ucoz.com/ It seems to be happening a lot lately, please can you tell me if its also a problem with the server. Thanks.

willy, Unchecked “Redirect from the default domain to the attached one automatically” box in Common settings of your Control panel. To go to Control panel add /admin to the name of your website, like http://www.varolo.ucoz.com/admin
You will make your website available in this way. Please forward all of your further questions concerning this issue to your domain name registrar.
