Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

in connection with some technical problems servers 23 and 51 can be temporarily inaccessible from some regions.
Administration of uCoz Web Services does its best to solve this problem asap.

As well as my site is down and has been for close to a day now. I also have purchase some of the premium packages for it. Can not access control panel or nothing.

PapaJW, your website is also located on server 51. That is why it was down. It is accessible as of now.

When I visit my site, it doesn't load to the page...it doesn't even take me to the site...rather just says no site found...

And yes Im the creator/admin of it

Your website works normally. If you still have some problems we recommend to do the tracing of the website and sent us the results. See the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1

I tried to get onto http://unet.com and it couldnt find the site. i dont know if it was because the website server was down or it was something else.

Avalonian, there are currently no active technical errors evident with the uNet site. I am currently checking whether there has been in the last 24hrs.
