Ok I hope this is the place to post this.
My site, suspendedearth.com is down. In trying to figure it out I found that the site could be accessed (agonisingly slowly with most of the graphical elements missing) via the direct ucoz address (suspendedearth.ucoz.com) so I went to the control panel (which was painfully slow and jerky) in the process of looking around there for answers I accidentally hit the park button. I have no intention of transferring my domain registration and now I am stuck with the this domain has incorrect DNS servers error. A rigorous hunt on these forums finds only one possible helpful answer to guide me on the path out of this mess and that says to cancel the parking. I emailed support several days ago about my issues and have have no response. Nowhere in the control panel etc can I find anything that will cancel that DNS parking and fix the domain (which before this happened was acting as if DDOS'd anyway and god knows how I will deal with that once the parking is fixed) I sell my books via my site and this is costing me sales so I need to sort it out quickly. I don't make a anything out of it, but I can't afford to look this unprofessional. So any assistance about what to do regarding these frustrations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Martin. |
Thank you Sunny. I will try that, but I found posts here on this forum that conflicted with that so I wasn't brave enough lol. I will give it a go.
*EDIT* Ok I added those name servers and now I have a temporary error message, so I will sit on that for a while and see what happens next! Thanks again for the quick answer. *EDIT* well that worked  thanks, now the domain errors are gone, but the access issues remain. When using my domain I can not access the site at all. I guess I need to experiment some more. I can't see why it is doing it though - especially since it was working for months.... *edit* the sites IP address has changed! alter my a record and it connects! now I just need to find out why its so slow and not loading images... Cyllene, your site seems to be running normally at the moment. The home page of your site has the images displaying regularly in my browser although the site's title has not been set and is therefore not displaying. As to your problem with logging in what message are you recieving when you go to log into the CP?

Is anybody aware of problems related to Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware which blocks UCOZ sites from opening. I know some of you might say that it's a local problem related to some local computers which use this Anti-Malware software, but what about my site visitors who might have the same software not allowing them to access my site. I can't warn everyone to have it turned off. Even if I did, they probably would think that I have some spyware on my site and wouldn't want to access it at all. (Personally I wouldn't visit a site, f i were told to access it with my antispyware and antivirus programs turned off).
I think this problem is global, any info or solution would be respected and appreciated. |
