Please check uCoz Server Status' in the following thread before posting: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

Heartbrake, it's an online anonymizer that hides your real IP when browsing web pages: https://www.torproject.org/

Heartbrake, there is nothing we can do to hurry AT&T's response. It simply isn't possible to move sites from server to server. There are not just the technical implications but data problems that could occur as well.

Heartbrake, if there is no reaction from AT&T within the nearest time, we will have to change the server IPs. Unfortunately it is not a good way out either - we cannot change IPs each time they are blocked, and there is no guarantee a new IP won't be blocked either. Besides, it causes inconveniences for people who have domains, attached by Method 3.

The IP address of Server 57 has been changed to prevent access issues. The new IP address for Server 57 is 193.109.247.157

Users, whose websites are hosted on the server, must be able to access their websites now

Summoner65, your site is hosted on one (s47) f three servers currently down due to DDoS attacks. The team is aware of the issue and is working to have the servers up and running again as soon as possible. You are able to monitor the status of the uCoz servers in this thread here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1

Summoner65, thank you for the update. Unfortunately the team are still working on getting the server back online and as far as I am aware there has been no indication of a time-frame atm... From the looks of it though it shouldn't be too long a wait until it is running again at 100% efficiency. The team are doing the best they can to get it running smoothly. wink

junoon, due to further technical difficulties from the DDoS attacks the team are still currently working to get the server back online.
