Please check uCoz Server Status' in the following thread before posting: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

VZ, as a result of hardware failure Server 49 was temporarily unavailable for a few hours. The server has now been restored by the team and is functioning correctly again. We apologise for any inconvenience this occurrence may have cause.

anbu, your problems will be associated with a number of the US providers blocking s57. I will move your message to this thread here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/6-15583-1. Please continue there regarding the issue as we will be updating that thread regarding the problem. smile

Why were my post deleted?
You also deleted even my trace results post, what are you people hiding?!
My website http://rivals.at.ua/ is still down, I did not pay to have this kind of service given. I will start print-screening everything posted on here. It's been over a week now!
-.-

Heartbrake, please take a breath and stop finding the need to immediately assume that uCoz is attempting to hide anything from its users. They have never hidden information from their users and are of course not looking to do so in the future. It's users are the first people to know of problems and information concerning them.

I apologise for not notifying you via PM that I moved your posts however I was under the assumption users would perhaps check the New Messages before posting again. Now I understand that is not the case and I will remember to PM you next time. A logical error on my part which has nothing to do with the company.

As to your website we are completely aware of the situation. Unfortunately there is nothing the company can do to prevent these. Only the providers in the US blocking the sites are able to remove these access issues. For more information/updates regarding the issue please continue here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/6-15583-1

And where did you "move" my post to?
I will assume what I want to assume because my internet provider gives me all the information I need to know about what is going on. And so far, they are not blocking anything at all. They can't block any website from me at all, I pay them for the FULL internet experience, not part of it like I pay with my websites here in Ucoz. I'm just telling you things how it is. And I am not going to stand aside like everyone else does and not comment on this situation. This is the 4th time this happens to me, my websites are paid for 1 year, and I am losing almost a month of freaking service.

I am not happy.

This is where your threads were moved. As I have said I apologise about the confusion. It was an error on my part. Nothing more.

Please check my website http://therapy.at.ua/ . No one can open it. I cannot open it even from control panel, in fact I can't open control panel either. There is no problem with my other website.
Thanks in advance.

Heartbrake, it is not a month but 2 weeks: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/6-13752-89632-16-1336102241

Unfortunately AT&T is difficult to deal with but we are doing our best to settle the issue.

Heartbrake, you will probably deny it again but: it is not uCoz that is preventing you from accessing the website. It's in our interests that users' website are accessible 27/7/365. You can use TOR to access your website till the problem is fixed.
