Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

tomyboy, your ping looks ok but as far as I understand you have problems with samuraiclan.ucoz.com and not ucoz.com main page. Please provide the tracing results (not ping results) for samuraiclan.ucoz.com. Here is the guide: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1

it is so slow when i work with the site and control panel, it takes ages to upload a file or just switching to the CSS page or something. Even this forum is loading a bit slow

Okay, you people just changed the server IP's on your own behave getting it fixed with AT&T not doing anything, I think this problem was on your side. AT&T must admit that were the problem to this issue, because they are clearly telling me they aren't and I don't think they have to lie about it. If you can't show how the problem is on their side, then the problem was on your terms. I will file a compensation for the time my websites were down because I seriously still don't believe AT&T had anything to do with it.

Heartbrake, you are making wrong conclusions. Yes, we have changed the IP address because AT&T didn't do anything and didn't reply to our requests. And since this new IP is definitely not on their block list, you are now able to access your websites. All this does not at all mean that the problem was on our side, quite the opposite. But, as far as I can see, you have no wish to see the facts which are quite clearly explained.

My site that is on Server 44 have been inaccessible for most visitors since 14:30 yesterday. This has effected 95% of the site traffic world wide. I myself have been able to visit the site only by using Russian proxy.

I noticed that I could ping the server, but my website seen to be missing.
I can't even access admin control panel, please help.
