Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

EWindfield, Heartbrake, technical problems at the data center have unfortunately made s52 and all sites on it temporarily unavailable. The team are aware of these problems and are doing the best they can to fix them. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this occurrence.

I will update the status thread (http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1) when I hear of any further updates regarding this issue.

Alex-Sk™, server 52, where your website is hosted, was temporarily unavailable. At the moment it works in its normal mode and the website is available on the Internet.

Though I do hate these issues happening every now and then (I am sure you people are going to get to the point where it will never happen again), I must say that I love Ucoz and the tools it has given me for my website creations needs, along with also having my website with you guys.

Heartbrake, your website loads fine at the moment. And the 404 error is not a server error, it usually means a broken link. If the website is still inaccessible for you, please post the tracing results.

Should I post in that thread, because I saw no one else did that, or send to technical support? I can't find an email or ticket for them since I don't have access to my control panel of my site.

If they are okay, then whats wrong? Please... the website is not loading for anyone. I can't even get to the control panel. It says that the connection has timed - out. I don't have any problems like this with my other website. Can you check anything that could be wrong with it?
