Please check uCoz Server Status' in the following thread before posting: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/3-14706-1

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
Specify its server number if you know it.
Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
Indicate your IP address
If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

Having the same problem with my forum as well.. Only some of the forum loads and the rest times out..

12a3, I have checked both of your websites. They work just fine. We had a temporary difficulty with the servers today, but it has been resolved. If you still face any difficulties, provide a screenshot of the error text you see.

jackass, and 12a3, i just got information that a few of the uCoz servers could be down and may cause problems with uNet and u.to also , so please be patient , this will be solved as soon as possible

Hello, my names Colin. I've recently attempted to connect to my friends website, which was created by ucoz.com. The website is dnsrp.ucoz.com. It's a website for a forum. Down to the problem, every time I attempt connecting to this website on ANY browser it gives me the same message. Either it's 'Connection failed' or 'Connection timed out'. I asked my friend if he knew why it was doing this, so he attempted to connect also, and it worked. He asked multiple people if they were able to access the website, they all were able too.

If anyone could help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Colin, we have checked the website dnsrp.ucoz.com and it work fine. We experienced some problems with the server where this website is situated yesterday. But they have been resolved. If there are still some problems with the website connection, do the tracing of the website and provide the results.

Colin, that has to be the tracing you did during the period we had problems with the server, the website is on. Today it has to be fine. If it is not, can you please do the tracing once again and provide us with the recent one.
