When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you. - Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
- Specify its server number if you know it.
- Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
- Indicate your IP address
- If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
- If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

Colin, Tracing route results mean that you need to forward your complaints to the Internet provider. The problems with connection are not uCoz related.

I have the same problem, i was trying to add some updates to my portal when suddenly a new page popped up saying: Your IP was temporary blocked due to high requests flow. Your IP address was blocked due to the high level of requests. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ it is the first time in 3 years that something like this happened to me!

Kayfot-admin, This banning started recently in order to be protected from spam (in comments and forums) and site content copying first of all. Second of all we need to protect the system from the ignorant scripts which are a big load. Banning happens if there are too many “get” and “post” requests from the website itself. To avoid it: make sure that the website of yours doesn't contain the scripts that send requests to the server for dynamic pages automatically and more often than 1 time per minute. You may use from 1 to 2 request per minute (5 tops). In other cases, use Informers. The time of blocking is up to 3,5 hours.

Soo... I was about to go work on my website (if needed, the URL is thehelperunion.ucoz.com), when it wouldn't load. it said "Firefox cannot display the webpage" or whatever. I went to unet.com and logged in there and THAT loaded at least. But even if I tried to get to the site via unet, it wouldn't load. I tried accessing the Control Panel via uNet, and that also did not work. This is putting a damper on my members as well as myself. I know it's probably my server as another uCoz hosted site I know of is up and running perfectly. It seems that my server has a LOAD of problems, as I also had troubles with the website removal a while back...

Yep. Me too. My site is imperative to the running of my business. Couldn't have come at a worse time to be honest. Please post back if there are any updates as to when this will be fixed. Thanks

Woot, it's up and running again. Sorry to hear about your business site, Ollio! This is also putting a damper on them getting another site, as my family may be starting a small business soon. They need to fix up their servers I think..

I keep noticing that over the past week or two all my websites (even the premium one) have been offline half the time I visit them. Why is ithis? what is happening with the uCoz servers? It's kinda annoying.

Drafun, as far as i'm aware there's nothing wrong with uCoz servers , please provide your website URL Note: it might be your internet connection that doesn't allow you to enter your website.
To busy building a passive income online ;)
