Can't connect to a uCoz website

When posting messages here, make sure that the website is inaccessible for everyone and not just for you.

  • Provide the link to the inaccessible website.
  • Specify its server number if you know it.
  • Post the traceroute results (see the instructions here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/30-2310-1 ). If your website is inaccessible and you see Error 500 or 404 there is no need in providing the tracing results.
  • Indicate your IP address
  • If you can open the website in one browser, but can't do it in another, it means that there is a problem with browser settings or firewall.
  • If other users can access your website and you can't, most probably there are problems at your provider's end. See more here: http://forum.ucoz.com/forum/31-467-2258-16-1206449310

SIЯCAM™, our technicians are working as best they can to resolve these issues. This is the largest DDoS we've seen in our history as a service - it will take time to resolve. Our technicians are working however to fix these problems ASAP, it will not take months, perhaps up to a week, hopefully they will be back up soon though.

hezz, we have no confirmed ETA as of this moment. We are working on the problem to resolve it as soon as possible.

This is starting to piss me off. Why can y'all not put us on a new server while you fix the ones that's broken. Other ucoz members are able to view their websites on different servers. I created a thread about this, got locked, told me to wait for this to update. Heck, it's not been updated yet. I want to see this resolved within a week or I'm leaving ucoz, and a few of my buddies will be leaving as well.

Paradox, if the server s41 maintenance fails, and server will never come online iven for segment of world it is posibile to recover the site? If the server is under a big maintenace, why does ucoz not change the server temporary? sorry for therse many questions, i'm just curious! sad what was happened with s41? It was hacked, attacked or something like that?

P.s. from a shanghay China Proxy it say: 502 Bad Gateway sad In this way....all my visitors will leave it......

Georgik, s41 is under emergency maintenance - I'm not sure the exact details of the maintenance however I can assure the server has not been hacked, or attacked in any form. Emergency maintenance generally revolves around disk checks and hardware related problems. Our technical division should have the server back up soon. smile

nchoate, unfortunately transferring everyone to new servers would take longer than resolving the issues surrounding the DDoS attack. Our technical team are working to resolve these problems ASAP. The nature of this attack has not made for the speediest recovery however I can assure you we are working with full efforts to restore access to these servers for all network regions. We can only ask that our users remain patient during this time, we will continue to work towards the resolution of these problems over the coming day(s).

All servers listed above and on the uCoz Server Status page are still actively unavailable at the current moment to a number of network regions. Our technical division are still working with full efforts to resolve these issues ASAP. smile

Great to hear everyone! We've received no confirmed reports from our technicians just yet however hopefully some information will come through soon regarding the state of our servers and access to them across the network regions which were previous unable to access them.

I'll update everyone with confirmation once I receive it. smile

Houston, we have a problem.
One site work but second doesnt work.
On that second is huge number of icons, css files and other stuff.
That stuff I need to properly work this first site.
